Kalzip is roll-formed from a unique aluminium alloy combination which has great strength and outstanding durability. The roll formed can be manufactured on-site, thus we can have the infinity length of Kalzip. Aluminium is outstanding durability in extreme condition of acid rain or the weather beside the beach.

Installations
Special aluminium clips have to be used for securing the Kalzip profiled sheets to the substructure of the roof. The are locked into the seam and will be overlapped by the following Kalzip sheet, so that the fixing elements are hidden under the roofing.
This ensures that the roofing elements need not be punctured for fastening and therefore provide a perfect seal.
